Here are our policies and procedures:

Rescheduling and Cancellation policy

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment to an earlier or later date/time, please let me know the week of your scheduled appointment.

Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Your deposit, however, is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment due to COVID-19, please let me know and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Late policy

Please let me know ahead of time if you’re going to be late. It will help me make all necessary adjustments to still accommodate you.

If you are running 5 minutes late behind your scheduled time, a $10 late fee will be added to the total price of your set.

If you are running 10 minutes late behind your scheduled time, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

NO EXCEPTION.

Payments

A $30 deposit is required in order to confirm your appointment.

Deposits can only be made through Zelle only. (Ask me for my Zelle details)

When sending the deposit, PLEASE put some random emoji as the message.

The remainder of the total will be due in cash on the day of your appointment.

Allergic Reactions or Irritations

In case of any allergic reaction or irritations occur, please message me immediately about your symptoms.

If need be, we may have to remove the entire set.

In certain occasions where I may allow a refund, it will only be a 50% refund of the total amount of the set and only after we remove the set due to an allergic reaction or irritation.

If a refund is requested, a removal will also have to take place to ensure the irritation and allergic reaction goes away.

In order for a 50% refund to occur, you must message me within 2-3 days of your set. Anything after a refund will not be allowed.

Eye make-up and contact lenses

Please make sure your lashes are clean and free from eye make-up before your appointment. If your lashes need to be cleaned during your appointment time, this will reduce the time available for the application of new lashes. It may also mean that your lashes do not last as long if there is make-up residue remaining on your lashes. 

We also request that you remove contact lenses before any eyelash treatments, but they can be put straight back in after treatment.

No Call No Show

If you do not plan on coming to an appointment, please do not book the appointment.

If you can’t make it for whatever reason or if you need to cancel the appointment, please tell me.

I am extremely understanding but if you do no call no show that leaves me out of a client who would’ve shown up at their appointment. You take away a slot from someone who would’ve wanted to come.

No call no show will get you blocked, and you will no longer get to book with me because it takes away from my business and wastes my time.

Again, I am probably the most understanding person and will be okay with rescheduling but no call no show is just plain disrespect to me and my business.
